>>>
We live in a time where we are digitally connected, but emotionally alone.
Nearly 4 million UK adults experience chronic loneliness each year¹.
>>>
Where we have access to endless expert guidance, but struggle to make our own decisions.
Research has shown indecision negatively affects wellbeing and increases feelings of regret².
>>>
Where being stressed is normal, and our bodies are left to deal with the consequences.
Stress at work has risen nearly 20% in the last three decades³, while 3 in 4 UK adults reports feeling so stressed they cannot cope⁴.
>>>
And where the things that make life worthwhile - our love for others and our calling here on the planet - are ignored and abused.
Studies consistently show that length and quality of life is directly influenced by the strength of our relationships⁵ and whether or not we have a clear purpose⁶.
The Higher Love Approach™ is a unique model that teaches you how to combat these problems and create the quality of life you want.
It supports you to take a compassionate look at what’s happened in the past, what you want to happen in the future, and what you know needs to happen for your highest and greatest good.
It is an accessible method of reflection and communication that creates calm, focus and direction - while also gently tending to the pain and frustration that naturally emerges when you are changing your life.
ABOUT
The Higher Love Approach™ was created by spiritual teacher and coach, Eleanor Snare.
Over their lifetime Eleanor has experimented with knowledge from hundreds of different sources to help them in their journey of healing and reconnection after childhood trauma, sexual assault and mental illness.
In the past, Eleanor shared every tiny piece of wisdom they discovered with their clients: individuals and organisations trying to connect with themselves, the people closest to them, and their bigger purpose here on the planet.
Over time, Eleanor formulated the huge range of tools they had found and created into a systematic approach that anyone could take to get the same benefits that Eleanor’s clients were enjoying: clarity of purpose, deep connection to soul, and contentment with their personal and professional journey.
And so the Higher Love Approach™ was born.
The Higher Love Approach™ has four parts. Walk through each part and you will start to reconnect with your soul, your close relationships, and your purpose.
The four parts of the approach are like the four points of a compass, or like a traditional spiral form found on ancient monuments.
Four points on the compass correspond to four topics, and the Four Enquiries. These enquiries, or questions, help you reflect and connect even when you feel deeply stressed and upset.
So often when we need help of an emotional or spiritual kind, we don’t know what help we need: we are simply in pain with no clear way out. This leaves us vulnerable to those who wish to exploit our pain for their own benefit.
>>>
In the past this exploitation came from organised religions who promised a better, pain-free world beyond this one, but only if you followed their rules.
Now, it is unlikely experts and gurus without experience who want us to trust in their ‘solutions’ and rigidly adhere to their one way of doing, thinking, and believing.
Unlike other strict methods and fixed practices that fail to take your unique needs and challenges into account, the Higher Love Approach™ flexes and expands with you.
Based on a decade of professional training and intensive research, the Higher Love Approach™ is what theologian and author of The Sacred Neuron, John Bowker, calls an “open system”; a cognitive, emotional and spiritual model that allows in new information and evolves in response to that information.
It offers an enduring method of reflection and communication that will be by your side from your first steps into self-discovery to your most recent explorations of the soul you are today.
