As someone with ADHD and a lot of previous trauma, I always assumed I wouldn't be able to meditate. Sitting still? Being quiet? No thanks!

But over the years I worked out my own way of meditating that tricked my busy brain into slowing down and letting go.

Now, I love meditating! And it's a cornerstone of the Higher Love philosophy, because it is so good for you.
