HELLO, I'M ASTRA.
I'm an intuitive creator and communicator, and over the last decade my work has brought me into contact with many people who are desperate to get out of patterns of stress, people-pleasing and the frenetic energy which wears them out, generates resentment in their relationships and stagnates their efforts to follow their true calling.
However, no matter how many strategies they've tried, nothing seems to work. Yoga, meditation and journaling are picked up, used for a while, and then discarded when life gets too much. Habits like social media scrolling, mindless consumerism and starting another new project creep in, and the result is feelings of envy, emptiness, guilt - and yet more stress.
To combat these habits, what is most needed to reclaim your innate sense of calm and a schedule that prioritises your needs isn't yet another 'life hack', advice from a productivity 'guru', or a complex time-management method involving lots of colour coding.
What's most needed is something that spiritual teachers across the ages, from monks to mindfulness researchers, have identified as utterly transformative.
You need to pause.
BUT THIS IS EASIER SAID THAN DONE.
During my training and research into methodologies to heal and transform the symptoms of frantic energy and an overloaded schedule, I uncovered three root problems that stop people from taking time out each day to pause, rest and reset.
These problems are so deeply entrenched in your psyche that they are hidden from your conscious mind, and they are creating patterns of life-negating behaviours that in turn damage your relationships, your sense of peace, and your ability to follow your calling.
