About the facilitator

Astra has over 10 years’ experience working in personal development and emotional wellbeing. They are an accredited trauma-informed coach, somatic facilitator, a corporate wellbeing trainer, and a published author.

 

As a coach, they work closely with clients to develop emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and sustainable change in complex circumstances - whether that's coping with teenage kids, starting a business, or recovering from illness.
