1. Introduction

Welcome to the Soul Messages Membership. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our subscription service. By subscribing to our service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.
2. Subscription Plans
2.1. Subscription Options: The standard Soul Messages Membership subscription is £15 per month, or the equivalent in your local currency at the time of exchange. This subscription includes daily text messages and access to a private online forum.
2.2. Subscription Period: Your subscription will begin when payment is received and will continue until cancellation.
2.3. Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined below.

2.4. One-Time Purchases: If you have purchased the Soul Messages Membership as a one-time purchase you are exempt from points 2.1-2.3 until or unless you choose to subscribe to a rolling membership at the end of your one-time purchase membership period.
3. Payment and Billing
3.1. Billing: Subscribers will be charged for the subscription at the beginning of each billing cycle. Payment must be made using the payment method specified during sign-up.
3.2. Payment Methods: We accept a range of credit and debit cards along with Google Pay. You authorise us to charge your selected payment method for any subscriptions or other charges.
3.3. Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription fees at any time. You will be notified in advance of any price changes, and they will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
4.1. Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing hello@higherlove.co or through your Stripe subscription settings. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. To ensure your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle and your data is removed from our systems, you must notify us of your cancellation at least five (5) working days before your next billing date. If cancellation is received less than five (5) working days before your next billing date you may be charged for another billing cycle. After cancellation, you will continue to receive daily text messages and have access to the online forum until the end of your current billing cycle.
4.2. Refunds: One-time purchase and subscription fees are non-refundable, except where required by law or at our discretion in exceptional circumstances.
5. Account Management
5.1. Account Information: You are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date information in your account, including your payment details and phone number.
5.2. Account Security: You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
5.3 Account Conduct: You are responsible for maintaining appropriate behaviour and conduct when interacting with the service, as outlined in Section 7 ‘User Conduct’ below.
5.4. Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms.

6. Service Availability
6.1. Service Access: We strive to provide uninterrupted service but do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen issues including power outages or service disruption to third parties including your mobile phone network provider. We will do our best to communicate about these interruptions with you in a timely manner.
6.2. Modifications: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with or without notice.
7. User Conduct
7.1. Prohibited Activities: You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or to engage in any activity that could harm our service or other users.
7.2. Content Restrictions: You may not upload, post, or share content that is illegal, offensive, or violates the rights of others, into the community forum.
7.3. Forum Code of Conduct: You agree to abide by the rules of the private online forum as documented here.
7.4 User Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subscription and / or forum account at our discretion if you violate these terms.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1. Ownership: All content, trademarks, delivery methods and other intellectual property associated with the service are the property of Higher Love Co.™ and Astra Soulfeather.
8.2. License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for personal, non-commercial use.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1. No Warranties: The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
9.2. Limitation: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Higher Love Co.™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
10.1. Governing Law: These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
10.2. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in the United Kingdom, except where prohibited by law.
11. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through the service or via email. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
